Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my order?

If at any stage before your shipping label is created you want to cancel your order that is totally acceptable, please email support@katamu.co to do so.

If your shipping label has been created we most likely can't cancel and refund your order as it's been shipped. In certain cases we can so make sure to email support@katamu.co to see.

If your order has been handed over to the shipping company there is no way to cancel your order as it's in the shipping companies hands however if you want a refund please go ahead and email us to schedule a return of the product. Our returns policy can be found on the refund policy page.
