How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders are shipped out same day or next working day (we don't ship on weekends). On average for a US order you can expect to wait a week for your order to be handed over to DHL/USPS however we will create your label as soon as we possibly can. For international order processing time can vary from 3 days to 2 weeks. For pre orders processing times may vary

Once the order is handed over to DHL/USPS you can expect your order to be delivered in 2-4 days.

Once shipped your order can take between 5 to 15 days depending on your location.
Do I have to cover customs & duties?
We do NOT cover customs fees as they are calculated by every country differently & at random & our current shipping providers dont have options to cover duties costs

"I wear a 2XL and heard these shirts run small so I ordered up and got a 3XL. It’s wayyy too small, the 3XL fits like an XL. This is a shirt that’s put under the category of “Pump cover” and it’s not baggy whatsoever, even when sizing up. I had originally ordered another graphic tee and even though it said it was available and let me order it, my other shirt was out of stock and my ordered was delayed until I reached out. So glad they didn’t have it now. They were great with communication and customer service, and the graphic is cool, that’s the only reason I’m giving two stars. Can’t even wear the shirt though. Not gonna bother purchasing from this company again."
