How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders are shipped out same day or next working day (we don't ship on weekends). On average for a US order you can expect to wait a week for your order to be handed over to DHL/USPS however we will create your label as soon as we possibly can. For international order processing time can vary from 3 days to 2 weeks. For pre orders processing times may vary
How long does shipping take for a United States order?
Once the order is handed over to DHL/USPS you can expect your order to be delivered in 2-4 days.
How long does shipping take for an international order?
Once shipped your order can take between 5 to 15 days depending on your location.
Do I have to cover customs & duties?
We do NOT cover customs fees as they are calculated by every country differently & at random & our current shipping providers dont have options to cover duties costs
Where do we ship from?
All US orders are shipped from Wisconsin.
How much is shipping?
Shipping varies from product to product and will be calculated at checkout. Free for US orders over 75$
Do all orders have a tracking link?
Yes. All orders come with a tracking number. As soon as a label is created you will get a tracking number sent to your registered email. Sometimes this can go into your junk email. If that's the case please move to from junk to your inbox so future updates go straight to your inbox.

The belt is awesome but I feel like I was lied to. I emailed them a day past the date they were supposed to ship and they told me it was a “preorder” even though I ordered it after their restock. Then they started shipping the day after the responded to my email. Don’t get me wrong the belt is awesome and was worth the wait either way. I just would’ve appreciated it earlier
