On average for a US order you can expect to wait a week for your order to be handed over to DHL/USPS however we will create your label as soon as we possibly can. For international order processing time can vary from 3 days to 2 weeks. For pre orders processing times may vary

Yes! We can accommodate size exchanges as long as the knee sleeves have not been used for training and show no signs of use. Please contact us before returning your item so we can guide you through the exchange process.
Yes! If you need a different size for the knee sleeves included in your Strength Kit, please contact us for assistance. You only need to return the knee sleeves for the exchange rather than the entire kit. The sleeves must meet our exchange eligibility requirements, including having no signs of use.
Your knee sleeves should fit snugly around your knee and stay in place during movement without causing pain or restricting circulation. If you experience numbness, tingling, or unusual discomfort, remove them and reassess the fit.
