How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders are shipped out same day or next working day. On average for a US order you can expect to wait a week for your order to be handed over to DHL/USPS however we will create your label as soon as we possibly can. For international order processing time can vary from 3 days to 2 weeks. For pre orders processing times may vary

Once the order is handed over to DHL/USPS you can expect your order to be delivered in 2-4 days.
How long does shipping take for an international order?
Once shipped your order can take between 5 to 15 days depending on your location.
Do I have to cover customs & duties?
We do NOT cover customs fees as they are calculated by every country differently & at random & our current shipping providers dont have options to cover duties costs
