How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders are shipped out same day or next working day (we don't ship on weekends). On average for a US order you can expect to wait a week for your order to be handed over to DHL/USPS however we will create your label as soon as we possibly can. For international order processing time can vary from 3 days to 2 weeks. For pre orders processing times may vary
How long does shipping take for a United States order?
Once the order is handed over to DHL/USPS you can expect your order to be delivered in 2-4 days.
How long does shipping take for an international order?
Once shipped your order can take between 5 to 15 days depending on your location.
Do I have to cover customs & duties?
We do NOT cover customs fees as they are calculated by every country differently & at random & our current shipping providers dont have options to cover duties costs

"Dear Katamu, . I love the support this belt gives me in a lift; however, the belt does dig into my side pretty significantly. As well, the lever doesn't clasp down all the way, and I've tried switching around where the lever goes, for sizing. In the advertisements the lever clicks shut perfectly. I just can't seem to get that to happen unfortunately. Which leads me to worry that It'll unclasp Itself during a lift. So far, I really love the support, I've been lifting great with this in my gear. I just worry about the digging in of the materiel and the lever not clasping completely. If Katamu has any helpful pointers on how to trouble shoot these issues, or if these aren't normal issues. Please feel free to email me. Thank you. "I left a review about a month ago but felt like I should revisit. My old dead lift PR is 395. I'm back in the game after injury and this belt supports my back amazingly. I was having trouble with the lever closing fully and was almost immediately sent a follow up email from Katamu asking how they could help. after further use I was able to get the lever to settle as the leather was worked in. They said that might have been the issue. I'm already back at dead lifting 250. I know with my Katamu lifting straps and belt I'll be hitting 400 by the end of this year. Ya'll really do the work with this equipment."
